TERMS OF SERVICE (ART COMMS)

I. General Terms

- Provide neat reference pictures of the character. (Written details are okay provided that there are visual references for basis.)
- Having visual references for poses, clothes, etc. is very much appreciated <3
- I have the right to use commissioned artworks to promote my page and account.
- I have the right to decline a commission.
- You can post the (watermarked) commissioned art anywhere as long as you credit me.
- I will be sending unwatermarked and watermarked versions of the artworks.

II. Payment

- Mode of payment will be through Gcash, Maya, or Paypal Invoice.
- I need your Paypal email address so I can send the invoice to you.
- Payment will be Upfront or 50-50.

III. Process

- I will only start working on the art piece after 50% or the full payment has been received.
- Work in Progress (WIP) pictures will be sent to confirm any revisions, etc.
- Maximum of three free minor/major art revisions.
- Finished pieces will be sent via Gmail/email, google drive, or dropbox.

IV. Turnaround Time, Refund, etc.

- Turnaround time 2-3 weeks, but I will let the client know if I may extend due to university.
- No refund once sketch is provided.
- You can message me using Tagalog, Taglish, or English.

EIANNIE'S BUY AND SELL INFO:

I. General Information

-loc: qc, metro manila
-pf: Php 5-15
-mop: gcash/maya
-mod: direct jnt, lbc, sdd (lalamove)
-x to sensi collectors
-I might reuse packing mats if still usable (hence i sometimes make pf free or very low)
-packaging: toploader, chipboard/cardboard, masking tape, pull tabs, bubble mailer or t0 corrugated box, sealing sticker
-not a bns account, i only sell from time to time when i want to downsize my collection

II. Terms and Conditions

-no rush shipping
-no refund if unboxing video is not provided
-cancellation fee is 40% of the item
-i am not responsible for any damages or lost parcels once the courier picks up the item.

III. Proofs

- Proofs include successful shipping of Giveaway prizes, trades, and sold items
- Buyers/Art clients can use #eianthankie hashtag on Twitter to tweet feedback
